Hey everyone! I'm a 23-year-old female, weighing around 230 pounds. Due to the small and not-so-clean gyms in my area, I don't feel comfortable going alone. I have a treadmill at home and I've started walking on it for about 30 minutes every other day. I'd love to hear your recommendations for other exercises I can do at home.
