Been on TRT for over a year. Used to feel strong and energetic at the gym and in bed. Someone I trusted gave me EQ and Decca that turned out to be bad. Since then, my energy levels dropped a lot. I'm tired by the afternoon and need a nap before working out. Then I'm tired again by 8:30pm. Still on 250mg. Last week, upped the dose to 500mg per week for another 6 weeks before going back to cruising. Any advice to deal with this sluggish feeling?

If 250mg is pushing you above the healthy range, it's best to reconsider. While some can handle high levels, others can't. My advice: drop the dose to around 75% of the upper range, say 700 to 800 if you're in the US, and give it a few months. And definitely see a doctor about it.

Try donating blood. My hematocrit tends to rise over time, making me feel sluggish and sweat excessively. If it doesn't work, at least it's free and you've done a good deed.

Get your blood work done. It will tell you for certain what is happening.

My guess though is that your natural testosterone has shut down. Look into HCG or arimadex. You may also be low on Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Boron. Blood work will confirm that.
