I'm curious about how my diet should change. Normally, I eat in a 300-500 calorie surplus to help with muscle growth. Since I may be building muscle more easily now, how much more should I eat to support this?

Many suggest eating 4000-5000 calories a day to maximize gains and then cutting later. Personally, I stick to a 1000 calorie surplus. I might not be maximizing gains, but I prefer not to look overly bloated after each cycle.
