Hey there! I need help figuring out how to build muscle without gaining belly fat. It seems like I'm stuck between eating right for muscle growth but also ending up with belly fat, or going for leaner foods and losing muscle while still keeping the belly fat. Is there any advice you can offer to help me out?

If you're putting on a lot of fat quickly, it might mean you're eating more than needed.

And if you're losing a bunch of muscle while cutting back on calories, it could be due to your workout routine. You might not be working out enough or you might be working out too much.
