Hi, I would like to explore what options are available for a good starter supplement course. I want something that gives noticeable results, of course, but I lead a very active life with boxing and running my own business, so I can’t dedicate more than about an hour of strength training six times a week. I do boxing five times a week and stretch for 30–45 minutes daily.
I would really appreciate it if someone had time to guide me in more detail about this, as I plan to continue taking supplements in the future.
