So, I have been training for 5 years in fitness and before that, I was a competitive athlete. I eat nearly perfectly, exercise, and weight train. My body is incredibly lean, but I have a handful of fat on my lower stomach and it is so embarrassing. I want to claw at it and cut it out because it makes me hate my body. Does anyone know what I can take to make it go away? Need guidance

I know This seems like body dysmorphia, and really the only thing you can do is starve yourself, but at that point its not worth it because you will constantly feel weak. Some peoples bodies want to hold some fat, and for good reason, fat helps us not starve. I would say bulk up more, and work on abs so they can partially show through. I don’t know much about you…

Dysmorphia, We all have it to an extent in bodybuilding, I would recommend get some therapy before going wild with clen, cryo, lypo etc

I was juggling gym time and my kid too, so finding a gym with daycare changed everything. Now I can focus during my workouts without worrying. Also, for your first cycle, sticking to just Test E like people are saying worked well for me—kept it simple and easier to manage sides. Don’t forget to line up your PCT early.

You’ll probably notice creatine gains kicking in after a couple of weeks, especially if your diet and sleep are tight. I was surprised how much fuller I looked within the first month. If strength is your goal, it’s worth tracking lifts to see the difference. I started mine with the basics—no loading phase, just 5g daily—and gains still came steadily. Keep hydration up, it actually helps the process.
