Has anyone else experienced difficulty injecting BPC because it's hard to hit the fat?

I have a shoulder injury, and while BPC helps, it's more effective when injected into the shoulder. Today, especially, I think I went too deep, and my shoulder is definitely irritated. Is this okay? Have any of you had trouble with BPC like this?

I also injected my brother this weekend, but he has very low body fat, maybe 5% or less. I can't imagine how challenging it will be for him.

It doesn't matter where you inject it. BPC is absorbed into the blood and circulates throughout the body within seconds, buddy.

So you could possibly pinch the skin at the bottom of your armpit and do it there. You’re hitting the shoulder joint from the underside that way there’s a little bit more pinchable skin there.

I'm okay with intramuscular (IM) injections. To inject in your abdominal fat, pinch the area and insert the needle. No pain with IM for me.
