I've lost 15 pounds in the past year and maintained it. I started at 140 pounds and now weigh around 125 pounds. My initial goal weight was 130, which I achieved, and I'm now considering losing 5 more pounds to reach 120. However, it's been challenging. I've been eating more fruits and vegetables and following a balanced diet. I'm unsure if I should make the effort to lose the last 5 pounds or leave it as it is.
