Hey there, I'm curious about your daily routine. Specifically:

  • What time do you usually wake up and go to bed?
  • When do you have your meals and how do you divide your daily calorie intake?
  • Do you hit the gym? If so, when and for how long? How many days a week?
  • And finally, how do you feel about balancing work and personal life?

Excited to hear about your day!

I wake up between 4:30 and 5:00 every morning. I start with an hour of cardio, then head to work. I either work from home or walk to the office; my work hours are from 6 am to 2 pm. After work, I hit the gym for about four sessions a week. In the evening, I do another 30 minutes of cardio. I usually call it a night around 11-12. I eat every three hours, starting right after my morning cardio. Overall, it's a pretty comfortable routine for me.

I wake up around 3am during weekdays and start my workout at 4am. I warm up for 10 minutes on the AirDyne before diving into the workout. After that, it's home to cook meals for work and off to the job by 7:30am. Evenings involve some yoga at home, meal prepping, and winding down for bed around 8-9pm.

Weekends follow a similar routine, but I wake up at 4am and start training at 5am. Most weeks, I manage about 6 weight training and 5-7 yoga sessions. I adjust my lifting intensity based on how I feel each day. Some days, I go all out, while others are about keeping the muscles active and feeling good. I love hitting the gym, but I make sure not to overdo it all the time. Currently, in my second month of PCT/Pregnancy protocol, so my intensity is slightly toned down, but I'm pleasantly surprised to still feel strong and motivated even after 9 years of TRT!
