How is everyone tracking their peptides?

Hi there, I have a question for everyone: How do you keep track of your peptides? I like to write down my research by hand, but with all the new peptides and research I have planned, I'm looking for a more efficient way to keep track of dosing, schedule, cycle dates, injection dates, etc. Has anyone found an app, calendar, or spreadsheet that works well for them?

I prefer to do things manually because I'm cautious and don't want to share my health data online if I can avoid it.

Does anyone else worry about how DNA testing might make people targets or be considered uninsurable by health insurance companies in the next ten years?

I keep track of my supplements using a detailed spreadsheet. Each row is dated, and the columns represent the supplements with their doses. For example, "Sema - 0.25 - 10 units.

On the corresponding day's row, I note "10 units" and highlight it to show that I've taken it. When I finish a cycle of a supplement, I hide that column.

After several months, I can unhide all columns and rows to see my complete history at a glance.

I initially used Google Sheets as a calendar, but now I just maintain a running log on a Google Doc. In the log, I note the peptide, bac water, and units to pull. I also write this information on the vial using a Sharpie.

For medications like Tirz, I set a recurring reminder on Google Calendar.

I only use one stack at a time, even if it consists of 2-3 peptides, and I dose them at regular intervals. The only thing I track is my weight.
