How to eat a high fiber diet being a picky eater?

I need to increase the fiber in my diet, but I'm a picky eater with a sensitive stomach (can't handle dairy or spicy foods). I really don't like beans and most legumes - just the smell makes me gag. What are some other foods and ways I can add more fiber?

A one-cup serving of Fiber One Original cereal provides 96% of the US Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for fiber and contains 140 calories.

Ground psyllium husk, like Metamucil if you prefer a brand name, mixed in juice or water with flavor drops is tasty and a good source of fiber.
