Hypotrophy only 2 exercises?

Hey everyone, I've got a shoulder injury that limits me to just two chest exercises: D handle cable press and cable flys. I'm wondering if it's still possible to build muscle with only these two exercises. Can anyone advise on this?

You only need two exercises for strong chest muscles: one for the middle part and one for the upper part. For instance, try a cable press at a slight angle and cable flyes (there are specific variations depending on your body). Do around 8 sets each week, aiming for progression by gradually increasing the challenge. This routine, when properly done, can lead to great results.
