I'm 18 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall, and weigh 124 kilograms. My main goal is to lose weight and gain muscle, but losing weight is my top priority. Should I buy my workout supplements online or in person? What would you recommend for a beginner like me?

Train regularly, improve your diet, and ensure you get enough sleep and recovery. Don't consider using performance-enhancing drugs for at least 3-5 years. Also, ignore social media claims that suggest "SARMs are a safer option than steroids." They are not safer; they are simply a less effective and less researched option for those who are afraid of injections.
