Ideal duration for gym sessions?

Hey! l wanna know about the ideal duration for everyone's gym sessions. For me it's important to aim for a minimum of 30 minutes at the gym. This includes a 5 min warm-up, 20 mins of main exercise mostly cardio, and 5 minutes of cooling down, what's everyone's ideal duration for gym sessions? Cuz sometimes I feel like I'm pushing it too much when i just recently got back into fitness again after a long time.

Good to see you back at it! The 30-minute framework is solid. Tailor it to your comfort and progression. If you're up for it, mix in some weight training. Personally, I've found a 45-minute session effective. Five minutes warming up, mainly focusing on dynamic stretches. Then, a robust 30-minute mix of compound weight exercises and intense cardio bursts for fat burning. Lastly, a 10-minute cooldown with static stretches, aiding flexibility. That's all!
