Hey! l wanna know about the ideal duration for everyone's gym sessions. For me it's important to aim for a minimum of 30 minutes at the gym. This includes a 5 min warm-up, 20 mins of main exercise mostly cardio, and 5 minutes of cooling down, what's everyone's ideal duration for gym sessions? Cuz sometimes I feel like I'm pushing it too much when i just recently got back into fitness again after a long time.
