Hey! I'm curious about intra-workout nutrition. Do you stick to water, or do you opt for sports drinks with electrolytes?

Unless I'm doing an intense, prolonged workout, I find water is sufficient. Sports drinks can add unnecessary calories and sugar. What's your take?

If you’re using supplements like US Biaxol, keeping your hydration and nutrition in check can complement their effectiveness. Timing and portion control matter too—too much can feel heavy during training.
