I'm on 500mg of test e per week. I have Arimidex but unsure if I should take it since it's the only thing I'm using.

DO It's not necessary to take AI's regularly like maintenance drugs. Only use one if you notice a symptom, and stop once that symptom goes away. It's a good idea to have it on hand just in case. Most people who take AI's probably don't really need them, especially when only using test alone. However, always pay attention to how your nipples feel. By the way, aromasin is generally considered better than Adex for future reference.

I use Arimidex in my cycles, but I'm cautious about gyno, so I'd suggest using it only if you have estrogen symptoms.

Why not try a DIM supplement instead? It's plant-based and inhibits the conversion to estrogen. It's a healthier option and available over the counter.

I'm using 2 grams of test and haven't felt the need for an AI yet. I know it's not healthy, but estrogen plays a crucial role in cardio protection and many other processes. After asking around, I've gathered that there's no need for an AI unless symptoms appear. I used to worry a lot about gyno, but if everything's working fine, why change it?
