Hey there, I'm a 27-year-old guy, 6 feet tall, weighing 138 pounds. I think I might have low testosterone because my voice is higher than usual, I'm pretty skinny, and my beard is wispy. I thought things might improve as I got older, but they haven't. I really want to bulk up and improve my overall appearance. I'm considering ordering testosterone online and giving it a shot for six months to see if it helps. I'd appreciate opinions on my situation and advice on how much and how often I should dose. Also, do I need an estrogen suppressant during this process? I know getting blood work done is standard; I'm just not sure where to start. Thanks for any help!

It's important to get blood work done, especially before trying steroids. This helps establish baseline levels, making it easier to spot any issues with subsequent tests. For a cost-effective approach, go for a comprehensive male hormone and metabolic panel. Make sure to fast and schedule the test early in the morning after a good night's sleep. Review your results and take appropriate action. If you genuinely have low testosterone, you might qualify for a legitimate TRT prescription.

It's not a good idea to determine your testosterone level by just looking at your voice pitch and body weight.

Before considering any medications, it's important to get a hormonal blood panel done. This test will reveal your real testosterone levels before making any adjustments and help you understand if you genuinely have low testosterone or if it's related to your eating habits.
