My friend needs help with weight loss. He's really big and it's not healthy. He tries going to the gym but doesn't see much change, which makes it hard to keep going. I want to know if there are any supplements he can take to lose weight quickly and stay motivated. I just want him to be healthy and happy.

His issue is quitting. It's about whether he truly wants it or not. Pills aren't a replacement for hard work.

Diet and exercise are crucial. If he can't commit to that, nothing else will make a difference. Even medications like semaglutide don't guarantee weight loss; some people end up gaining weight on it. He simply doesn't care, and you can't force him to.

I lost 15kg in 9 weeks by using testosterone and anavar. According to a monthly body scan, 14kg of that was fat. I took 200mg of cypionate weekly and 50mg of anavar, while maintaining a 1000-calorie deficit from my total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). For your friend, I'd recommend tren, DNP, clenbuterol, and liposuction.

It’s tough to see a friend struggling with weight loss and gym routines. I’ve been there with a friend of mine who faced similar challenges. He tried various supplements and even looked into ways to buy steroids credit card for a bit of extra help. It was a personal decision that worked for him, but he also combined it with a solid workout plan and healthy eating.

Motivation can be a big hurdle, so maybe finding a support group or a workout buddy could help him stay on track. Sometimes it takes a mix of strategies to see results and keep motivated. Just remember, it’s all about finding what works best for him and supporting him through the journey!
