My highest weight was 237, but today I weighed in at 219. It might not seem like a big difference, but for me, it's huge. I've struggled with my weight over the years, trying to lose weight while also accepting my body. Recently, I've been able to stick to a calorie deficit and work out at least 3 times a week. I can't remember the last time I was in the 210s, but I know it was before I started taking my health seriously. My goal is 150, so I still have a ways to go, but I'm proud of myself and confident I'll reach my goal.
