I have a busy life, and gym visits are sparse. Currently at 210lbs, hoping to hit 180lbs. Any comrades out there who achieved success through dietary tweaks alone? Share your secrets and maybe some meal prep shortcuts.

I understand your concern, Dietary changes played a significant role in my weight loss journey too. Focus on nutrient-dense foods, and don't forget the importance of staying active, even if it's just a short walk during breaks.

When i started back my gym journey after covid hit....ide been out the gym so long ide lost love for it. So going 5 to 6 days a week was a complete myth lool... just getting to the gym twice a week and cutting out sugar drinks and exchanging for zero calories/ zero sugar drinks. I lost 17 lbs in 7 weeks. So it can be done. One small change can shift the lbs. Then once you begin to plateau you can shift you efforts towards cutting down on junk food or eating out. 3 times a week to once. Again just that will shift another few lbs in literally a few weeks.
