Hi all, Its been a long break So I am getting back in the gym after a year. Most daunting to me is the diet. I go strict on my food and don't eat aftertaste, with no issues maintaining this.
Breakfast - 3 or 4 eggs with 50g oatsa, Lunch - meat(but mostly chicken) with about 120 grams of rice and vegetables.
So to my calculations, this hardly goes over 1700 calories, unless I'm wrong. I, as a 90 kg guy that's too low to build muscle properly.
Is this enough food I am taking? . I'm getting enough protein. How do I add clean calories to make up the deficit?
Can anyone optimize this for me?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanx

I would just try to add some high calorie Shakes and snakes too tough or something if your goal is to Bulk/maintain. You can add rice which is high in calories as well I love adding my rice into a wrap and make a burrito with rice, cheese, and meat of your choice BTW I am a vegetarian

If your goal is to bulk up or maintain your weight, consider taking high-calorie snacks into your diet. You could also enhance your meals by adding rice ,which are usually high in calories and in my opinion, Both work better in taste also. Although I follow a vegetarian diet, I believe chicken would be a great option for non-vegetarians.
