Has anyone used Phenibut for anxiety and sleep? If yes, did it work well, or are there better options you'd suggest? I'm looking for advice on managing anxiety and improving sleep, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
It performs better than anything else for both tasks. However, it's not suitable for regular use. If you plan on using it daily, it's not recommended because you might try it, enjoy it, and overuse it.
