I started taking DNP today at 250mg and plan to support it with Vitamin E, NAC, Astaxanthin, ALA, electrolytes, and eventually T3. I did some research but still have a question I couldn't find an answer to.
I'm thinking of following a keto diet since I work in an office. My concern is about sugar alcohols in protein bars – do they cause the same heat effects as other carb sources on DNP? Since our bodies don't absorb sugar alcohols much, would they be fine? Also, I'm curious about the heat from dairy products compared to wheat products. Can you help with this? Thanks a lot!
