Hey everyone, I recently purchased some Tesamorelin (tesa) through a friend who has a reliable source. I'm planning to research its effects using the recommended dosage of 1mg every 5 days with 2 days of rest in between.

My question is, since this is my first research experiment, would I see good results by just using Tesamorelin alone, or would it be beneficial to add Ipamorelin or Sermorelin? My research is focused on strongman competitions (for mice). Thank you for your input!

Have you considered trying 1mg of Tesamorelin in the morning and 1mg before bed on an empty stomach? You could do this 5 days on and 2 days off, adding 100mcg of Ipamorelin each time. I've been on this stack for about 5 weeks, and it's really helped me reduce mid-section fat and improved my sleep quality.

Tesamorelin really helped me burn extra body fat when I paired it with Ipamorelin. I used 1mg of Tesamorelin and 300mcg of Ipamorelin daily, following a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule for 12 weeks. When I took CJC/Ipamorelin, I noticed much better recovery, appetite, and felt stronger during training. After finishing your Tesamorelin protocol, you might want to experiment a bit to find your optimal combination.

Is the 5/2 protocol crucial for Tesamorelin to work better? Or is it just a recommendation and you can take it every day? I've seen conflicting information on this.

Sermorelin is considered the older, less targeted version of Tesamorelin. It may have more side effects in research studies but likely doesn't offer any additional positive effects. Ipamorelin, on the other hand, is a Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP) that works well with Tesamorelin's Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) effects.
