I've been having trouble gaining muscle despite hitting the gym regularly (about 4-5 times a week) and maintaining an okay diet—neither super clean nor too messy. I make sure to get enough protein and carbs, but I'm still struggling to bulk up. Someone suggested trying Testofen, but I'm new to this and not sure if it would actually help. Any other advice on how to gain muscle would be greatly appreciated!

If you can't gain weight without using steroids, then the benefits won't be significantly different with them.
The quality of your diet doesn't matter; it's the calories that determine the outcome.

Testofen is essentially fenugreek. Fenugreek can help increase breast milk production by boosting prolactin. While it might affect breast growth in men, it doesn't really impact gym performance. If natural supplements were as effective, people wouldn't resort to using performance-enhancing drugs. It's important not to fall for exaggerated marketing claims about these supplements. In some cases, they can harm your health. My suggestion would be to focus on eating more, getting your calories and nutrients right, and sticking to a workout routine. It takes time and effort, but that's what pays off in the end.
