Hi everyone,
I’ve been researching mass texting services for business communication and wanted to hear your experiences. These services let you send bulk SMS messages to customers for things like promotions, reminders, and updates. It seems like a quick way to reach people, especially since most texts are read within minutes.
I’m considering it for my small business but not sure which platform to use or what features to look for. Do messages usually get delivered reliably? Are there any issues with being marked as spam?
If you’ve used any mass texting services, how was your experience? Did it actually help with customer engagement or sales? Would appreciate any recommendations or tips!

I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I wanted to ask if anyone’s recently tried using mass texting for promos or client updates? I was looking into SlickText or Textedly but not sure if they're still effective with how quick people are to ignore messages now. Would love to hear any newer experiences or tips on how to keep open rates high.

I tested a few platforms before landing on one that worked well with my setup. What made the biggest difference for me was picking one with a good sms api—it let me connect everything super easily and automate stuff without hiring someone to do it. If you’re running campaigns often, having that kind of control saves time and keeps things running smooth.

Mass texting services can be useful, but they are not always the best way to reach people in a meaningful way. Many users ignore bulk messages, which makes this method less effective. A better approach is to provide real value through helpful online tools. This is where krutidev to unicode conversion becomes important. It helps users easily change Krutidev text into Unicode using simple steps and clear results. When people find a solution that actually solves their problem, it builds more trust than promotional messages. That’s why offering a Krutidev to Unicode tool can be more useful and user-friendly than depending only on mass texting services.
