I feel like things are finally falling into place with my bodybuilding journey at 34. I've reached a point where my diet and training are consistent, and I'm loving the progress without using any steroids. Planning to start a cycle in Feb/March and expecting great results.

Honestly, it's a bit frustrating that it took this long to get here. I wonder why I couldn't have figured this out at 24. With probably about a decade left to look my best, I wish I'd started younger.
How about everyone else? When did things start coming together for you?

My perspective shifted when I stopped aiming to eat and exercise like a professional bodybuilder and instead became more realistic about my weightlifting routine. Avoiding daily mirror checks also played a big part in this positive change for me.
