I am a 29-year-old female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, currently weighing 155 pounds with a starting weight of 188 pounds. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I've been working on my fitness journey for the past year, but I seem to be stuck on a plateau. My current move goal is 700, and I try to eat below my BMR to lose about 1.5 pounds a week. However, this approach doesn't seem to be working. Should I increase my move goal?
