What should my move goal be?

I am a 29-year-old female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, currently weighing 155 pounds with a starting weight of 188 pounds. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I've been working on my fitness journey for the past year, but I seem to be stuck on a plateau. My current move goal is 700, and I try to eat below my BMR to lose about 1.5 pounds a week. However, this approach doesn't seem to be working. Should I increase my move goal?

Diet plays a crucial role; workouts alone can't compensate for it. You may need to reevaluate your maintenance calories at your current weight and create a deficit based on that. My initial thought is that your current calorie intake is based on your starting weight calculations, and you may not have adjusted them for your current weight.
