Hi folks, In need of some advice on reducing stubborn fat. Dealing with some shoulder issues, so lifting is a no-go. Started at 180lbs, now floating around 230lbs. Anybody sailed the dietary route successfully?
Shoulder issues can be challenging, but you're on the right track by focusing on your diet. Incorporate more lean proteins and veggies, and keep an eye on portion sizes. Even small changes can make a big difference.
