When is the best day to get mid-cycle blood tests done?

I've already had my pre-cycle blood test and I'm now on my 8th week of 400mg Testosterone. I want another mid-cycle blood test to check my estrogen levels and overall health. I inject testosterone on Mondays and Thursdays, so when should I schedule the blood test for the most accurate results?

I typically try to schedule my blood test for the day of or the day before my next injection.
