When will I know if Aromasin is working?

Started of my week by taking 6.25mg aromasin when I pinned and bought some P5P tablets to lower prolactin because of nipple pain and tiny lump. Despite taking 6.25mg aromasin yesterday I still have sensitive nipples today. How many days roughly until nipple pain goes away or until I think about upping the dose?

I want to avoid crashing E2

You should see improvement within 24 hours with a 6.25mg dose! To prevent gyno from getting worse, add tamoxifen (also known as nolvadex) for a week or two. Tamoxifen doesn't reduce E2 but stops it from attaching to the chest. Use Aromasin at the same time to control E2 levels. Get blood tests a week later to confirm E2 levels and how you're feeling, then decide your next steps based on the results.

If you already have symptoms, I recommend taking 12.5mg every day or 25mg every other day. I'm not sure how long it takes to start working, but I did my bloodwork after 6 weeks, and they were already having an effect.

I had high estrogen levels while taking 200mg per week, so I started taking half a tablet of aromasin three times a week. My blood tests showed that my estrogen levels were back in the normal range. I seem to convert a lot of testosterone into estrogen. Now, I'm taking 400mg per week and have increased my aromasin dose to one tablet three times a week. Honestly, I didn't notice much difference except that my nipples weren't as sensitive, and my libido and morning wood improved. The only way to know for sure is to get blood tests.
