When will I start seeing results from taking 250mg of testosterone per week?

I'm currently in my second week and the only noticeable change is that I'm very horny. I'm eating clean, mostly in a calorie deficit, and working out 6 days a week for about 3 hours each day. I started at 185lbs and now I'm at 187lbs, but I don't see any physical changes yet. When can I expect to see changes in my physique?

If you're eating in a calorie deficit, it might be challenging to see significant results from just the testosterone and working out. The testosterone can help, but it's not a magic solution. You also need to give your body enough time to recover between workouts.

By week 6, 250mg of testosterone will likely elevate your levels slightly above the natural range. This increase might not lead to drastic changes, as it's similar to having natural levels. Additionally, without knowing the specific testosterone ester you're using or the frequency of your injections, it's challenging to provide precise information.

The impact of 250mg of testosterone varies from person to person, so there's no set timeframe like week 6. Using only 250mg may shut down your natural testosterone production for months.

3 hours a day ? What are doing for 3 hours in the gym. how many sets and reps per body part..what's your training split. So many questions here before we even get the 250 test.?

If I could go back, I would have started my first cycle with a gram a week without hesitation. Right now, I'm on 500mg a week, but it still doesn't feel like enough. I've also been smoking weed, which tends to lower testosterone levels and makes me feel more relaxed.

I might be in the minority, but if you're not planning on having kids, 250mg isn't terrible—it's just a conservative dose. However, your lifestyle seems extreme. Working out 6 days a week for 3 hours each day is too much for someone who's not an athlete. You should be pushing yourself so hard that you can't keep that up. As for your diet, if you're burning fat, you're essentially using testosterone to maintain muscle mass. You won't see any muscle gains if you're not eating enough calories to support growth.

At 250mg per week, you might experience slight mood improvement and a bit of strength increase, but nothing significant. Personally, I only notice the effects of testosterone at 400mg per week or higher. At 250mg, I don't notice much unless I add another compound into the mix.

You'll probably start noticing changes in your mood around week 2 or 3. By weeks 4 and 5, you'll likely experience more benefits like water retention and increased strength, but this can vary from person to person.
