It relies on what you're missing in your lifestyle. If you don't consume much meat, consider B12. Lack sun exposure? Think about D3. Following a keto/carnivore diet? Focus on magnesium/folate, and so on. If you're not consuming much seafood, prioritize omega-3 and iodine. Unsure about what you're lacking? An occasional multi-vitamin might be beneficial.

D and B2. I reside in a region with frequent rainfall, so seasonal depression is prevalent. Taking a high dose of B2 has helped decrease the frequency of my migraines.

Magnesium!! Used to only go once a week, now it's daily. Found only one brand that works, cheaper ones didn't do the trick. I'm sure it's also helped my mental well-being.

B multi, but B1 by itself as well. I had a lot of mental health issues and a lot of the chronic issues resolved within 3 months of taking them every day.
