    I always advocate for working out 2-3 times a week. It's much easier to stick to a schedule like that compared to going 4-5 times a week. In my opinion, consistency is more important than anything else.

    I think Testosterone Suspension works the fastest. Many fighters use it because you can feel a boost in energy and aggression. The only issue is the post-injection pain (PIP), but it doesn't really bother me.
