Thinking about my health lately, and besides eating healthier and working out more, I'm curious about daily vitamins and supplements. Magnesium, iron, fish oil... What's the deal with Omega-3s anyway? 😅 What do you guys usually take? There's so much info online, I'm just trying to figure out where to start.

Taking supplements for things most folks lack is a good idea. Like Vitamin D, Vitamin K, fish oil, and magnesium. I find creatine daily helps with clearing brain fog too. But honestly, most of the supplement biz is just a rip-off.

You really only need supplements if your doctor says so. Personally, I take vitamin D since my tests showed it was low. And sometimes I just stick to probiotics and fiber when my stomach's not happy. Plus, an electrolyte drink after a night of drinking helps too.

My diet's pretty diverse and healthy, but I still take some vitamins for extra support. I switch between a multivitamin and a B complex every other day, and I make sure to have fish oil and magnesium citrate daily. Plus, every other day, I take 5000 IU of D3, and 5g of creatine regularly.

Iron, Vitamin C, B12.

Calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D with k2.

Pure Therapro Rx Methyl Multi (no iron and low D).

Fish oil occasionally.

Avoid those vitamin pills off the shelf—they're poorly regulated and often contain more than they claim. Stick to food sources, shakes, and smoothies instead.
