I'm wondering if a low-calorie, high-protein diet could help me lose body fat while still getting stronger. I'm a 5'6" male weighing 75 kg, hitting the gym five times a week. Currently, I aim for at least 120g of protein daily, but I'm not seeing much reduction in body fat. Would increasing protein intake to at least 140g and cutting calories to 1500 be beneficial for fat loss while maintaining strength? Thanks for your input!
