When picking a healthy breakfast like porridge or bars, what do most people think about?

Do they care more about taste, nutrition, convenience, or price? I'm trying to make better breakfast choices, so I'm curious about what matters most to others.

My usual breakfast is a mix of old-fashioned oats, blueberries, a scoop of protein powder, and a tablespoon of peanut butter. I put the oats and frozen blueberries in the microwave for about a minute and a half, then stir in the peanut butter and protein powder. That's all!

I avoid bars because they're high in calories, contain lots of fructose, and usually don't keep me full. I prefer oatmeal with fruit - I could eat it almost every day.

For breakfast, I have eggs and beef, preferably on the fattier side. I avoid carbs and focus on getting lots of micronutrients. So, to answer the earlier question, I pay attention to the nutrients.

I eat what I feel like eating. I used to have oatmeal regularly, then it made me feel nauseous, so I switched to yogurt, which had the same effect. Then I switched to eggs, and so on. It might sound strange, but my preferences cycle like that.

I have Greek yogurt for protein, berries for fiber and flavor, and some protein granola for extra protein and filling carbs.
